I am a Biodynamic Psychotherapist (Non Accred), working from the historic town of Totnes in Devon.
In therapy, my aim is to build a relationship of trust and safety together, to work at the pace that supports you best and approach our work with curiosity, reflection and empathy.

- A school counsellor for young people and teacher of teenagers with complex social and emotional needs
- My work is further informed by a lifelong practice of martial arts which has helped me to refine my inner sense of our innate movement patterns under different levels of stress.
